Production pallet for the paving industry
High concrete quality on stable base

PERI Pave consists of a multiplex construction, which is made of Nordic birch plywood (hardwood) and a surface, which is especially designed for the production of concrete pavers and blocks.

A stable compound bonding of the veneers resp. the surface is accured according EN-Norms. Please find out detailed information through our contacts.

Due to individual CNC-milling, PERI Pave pallets fit to any handling system resp. machine type. Please find examples in the picture gallery.

  • Excellent compaction characteristics
    The compaction properties of PERI Pave pallets are similar to those of steel pallets. Due to the absolutely homogenous construction of the pallet, the bandwidth of tolerances of the concrete products is limited to a minimum. Our customers experienced an uniformly density, heightand consistence of their products.
  • Minimal deflection
    Even under highest loads, PERI Pave pallets show a minimal deflection. The thickness of the pallets is suited to the production conditions of each customer. So even after many years of use, the deflection won't get higher than the requested maximum deflection.
    Experiental the thickness of the pallets mostly can be minimized in comparison with other production pallets.
  • Effective and cost-saving
    With the PERI Pave pallet, a withdrawal plate is not necessary. So it can be produced faster and more effective.
    Due to the low weight of the pallet, the consumption of energy can be less.
  • Minimal tolerances
    The tolerances regarding flatness, thickness and size are minimal.
