BGC Offices
The project involved the construction of a 8-level office tower with 4 levels of carpark on the lower floors and 4 levels of office space on the upper floors. The total slab area was 13,000 m2.
The TRIO formwork system was used to construct the twin lift and stair core with common wall.
The contractor had a good understanding of the advantages of using the SKYDECK aluminium panel slab formwork and the TRIO. This resulted in rapid construction and they were able to complete the project in 5 months instead of the scheduled 6 months time frame.
