National Sales Manager, Sydney

We are searching for an experienced, ambitious and goal-driven sales professional to fill a unique opening that we have at our Head Office location in Sydney. The National Sales Manager is directly reporting to the Managing Director and as part of the senior management team, the successful candidate will lead and drive the national sales team in delivering continuous success and growth.

Your contribution to the team includes

  • Manage and lead the Sales team in achieving sales volume and profit, contributing to the company’s growth by maintaining profitable relationship with existing customers and generating new business streams
  • Develop and/ or adjust Sales long-term and mid-term strategy (on a yearly basis) in consultation with the Management team
  • Set individual and regional sales targets, forecasts, budgets and KPI (CRM)
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research; competitors and customers
  • Apply PERI business models in accordance to customers budget by keeping PERIs financial risk at a minimum
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales team with projects
  • Identify industry trends
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors- identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

     
    What you will need to be short-listed
  • 8 years successful Sales Experience in the formwork industry with a proven track record of meeting objectives
  • 5+ successful Sales Management Experience with a proven track record of meeting objectives
  • Key Account Management skills: Negotiation, Value Proposition, Knowledge of PERI products and processes
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural background
  • Able to strictly respect and follow PERI corporate compliance program
  • Highly skilled at coaching and mentoring sales representatives and developing team dynamic
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate and coach a sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM tools.
