Overview

The STR 100 Shoring Tower Rosett has been designed with the fast assembly and dismantling benefits of the ST100 system and the inherent flexibility of the Rosett Flex scaffold. The individual 500mm frames, weighing only 8kg, are simply stacked into each other; tools are not required. With a single frame type, all required assembly heights can be achieved. Diagonal bracing ensures extremely tight connections for crane handling and during erection.

Technical Details

  • Shoring tower with a 1.00 m x 1.00 m base plan; comprised of 4 stacking frames per m of tower height (individual frame height 500 mm and 8kg component weight)
  • Leg loads of over 50 kN - depending on the tower height and wind load
  • In accordance with the type test, up to 214 kN load per tower with assembly heights of up to 22.29 m
  • Fast height adjustment through the 500 mm grid dimensions of the frames in combination with a 960 mm spindling range
  • Moving of towers by means of the transportation wheel, or an engineered lifting solution for a group (cluster) of towers
  • Crosshead Spindle for accommodating up to 2 x GT 24 | VT 20 Formwork Girders (160mm beams)
  • Head Spindle for accommodating steel walers or other steel profiles (maximum tilt of the Head Plate 4.4 %)
  • Individual tower units can be grouped together using our full range of scaffolding ledgers
  • The STR system is fully integrated with the Rosett Flex scaffold system; utilising the fully compliant Rosett stair access, decking boards and handrails for complete safety
  • Individual tower units can be grouped together and/or spaced apart using our full range of scaffolding ledgers
