Benefit to customer

  • Once the ACS-R was installed, a cycle time of 24 hours was achieved with the form able to be climbed once a concrete strength of 8.8MPa was reached.
  • A crew of only 6 men were able to strip, jump, close the forms and pour in less than 11 hours.

PERI solution

  • The taper on the inside face necessitated the use of CB platforms for the first 10 pours.
  • The ACS-R was also installed to the internal walls.
